Lincoln and lights

I think Lincoln's favorite things are light switches. He could be in the worst mood and become so happy to turn the lights on and off. He will do it as long as I will hold him up to reach them. He recently discovered the foot petal to turn on our living room floor lamps. So many exciting new things in life when you are 10 months old!

temple trip

We had a nice trip to the Oklahoma City Temple last weekend. The kids did good in the car and had a lot of fun by the fountain. We also went to the Olive Garden for lunch....yummy!

camping

Joseph had a fantastic idea to go camping on labor day weekend in our backyard. So, we had a lot of fun playing in the tent and pretending our shed was a haunted house in the woods. I think that game was a little too scary for Ansel, but he wanted to keep doing it.....so, I don't know. We REALLY enjoyed having Isabel and Joseph home for an extra long weekend.

toilet paper

Several times I found Ansel putting a LOT of toilet paper in the toilet or the garbage can. I decided to buy the cheapest toilet paper I could find because I was tired of wasting our nice, soft stuff. Well, I went into the kids bathroom and I found a roll of the cheap stuff almost full and setting right in the garbage can. Ansel had thrown it away and replaced it with charmin. I guess he likes the good stuff too.
